1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to Ottam Fleet, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a taxi company or transport agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description & Subscriptions
Ottam Fleet provides cloud-based dispatch, trip scheduling, driver assignment, and expense tracking tools. Subscription plans (Ottam Lite, Ottam Pro, and Ottam Enterprise) provide access to specified features with unlimited vehicle capacity across all tiers.
3. Accurate Operational Data
Subscribers agree to record truthful driver and vehicle information. Double-booking conflict warnings and odometer tracking are operational aids, but the ultimate commercial responsibility for road safety and regulatory compliance rests with the licensed fleet operator.
4. Account Security & Billing
Operators are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and OTP codes. Subscription renewals take place on the designated monthly or annual billing cycle. Inactive or lapsed subscriptions restrict new writes while preserving read-only access to historical data.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kannur, Kerala. For questions regarding these terms, contact support@ottam.co.in.
