We collect operator profile data (name, fleet business name, phone number, email address), vehicle details (registration number, make, model), driver records (name, phone number, commercial badge classification), and operational trip logs (start/end odometer readings, fuel and toll expense vouchers).
3. Usage of Data & Tenant Isolation
Your fleet operational records belong exclusively to your organization. Data is strictly isolated via PostgreSQL multi-tenant row security. We do not sell or monetize operator customer lists, passenger contact numbers, or trip pricing details to third parties.
4. WhatsApp & Communication Integrations
When you dispatch booking alerts or receipts to customers and drivers, phone numbers and pickup itineraries are transferred through secure messaging gateway APIs solely for message transmission.
5. Contact & Data Rights
Operators may request an export or deletion of their historical records at any time by contacting our support desk at support@ottam.co.in.
